KULA YOGA WITH SIRI
Kula Yoga is a dynamic and holistic yoga style that blends various influences to create a comprehensive practice. Siri integrates her background in Anusara, Chromatic, and Katonah Yoga, alongside her deep anatomical and physiological understanding from her massage therapy and athletic experience. This combination makes the practice challenging and fun, and also ensures it is accessible to all levels, with a focus on both physical and mental aspects. The incorporation of themes, whether focusing on specific body areas or actions with an overarching “off the mat” intention, adds a thoughtful and purposeful dimension to each class, making it both grounded and transformative. Kula Yoga is a beautifully integrated practice, combining not just physical movement, but also deep awareness and intention.

KIDS YOGA WITH NICK
Kids yoga is a playful and engaging practice designed to introduce children to the benefits of yoga in a fun, accessible way. It combines simple physical poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques to promote flexibility, strength, balance, and emotional well-being. Classes often incorporate creative themes, storytelling, and interactive elements to keep kids engaged while fostering body awareness, focus, and relaxation. MONTHLY SOUND HEALING WITH GRACE
Grace’s monthly Sound Ceremony offers a serene opportunity to reconnect with your innate healing abilities. By immersing yourself in the soothing, ethereal sounds of the gong, singing bowls, and chimes, you can find a deep sense of peace. The experience is enriched by collaborations with other musicians, healers, and teachers, creating a harmonious environment for healing. Space is also created for individual hands-on healing and nourishing touch, allowing you to fully relax and receive. It’s a chance to be part of a sacred collective space where you can rest, breathe, and align with both yourself and the healing vibrations surrounding you..

This is our Sunday morning Kula Class! The class teacher will vary class to class and so the style varies depending on the teacher. However, this class is designed to be accessible to ALL LEVELS and is the perfect way to start your Sunday with intentional and mindful movement, breathing, and community!

YOGA FOR RECOVERY WITH NICK
This is a recovery & sobriety geared practice that is designed to connect us to others, our bodies, and our minds, by flowing, breathing, and recovering, TOGETHER. Each class will be dedicated to a theme that helps us support ourselves and each other. Practice will begin breath work and a light yoga flow, followed by a sound bath journey to relax and calm the mind.

BREATHWORK & MEDITATION WITH REBECCA

Journey inward to process and release the weight of your day, returning to a sense of inner peace and preparing your body and mind for deep, restorative sleep. Join us for a transformative experience that begins with energizing breathwork designed to dissolve stress, release physical tension, and clear stagnant energy. The session concludes with a guided meditation that will lead you into a state of profound relaxation, helping you find both mental clarity and physical calm. This class welcomes practitioners of all levels, offering step-by-step guidance that makes meditation accessible, even for the busiest of minds. Rebecca teaches from the foundational belief that if you can think, you can meditate—and invites you to discover this truth for yourself.

RESTORATIVE YOGA WITH AMANDA
Indulge in this end of the work week reset for your nervous system so you can usher in the weekend with a calm, centered and grounded return to the body’s natural rhythm. Each week Amanda incorporates guided meditation to soothe and soften the body, breathwork to get the prana flowing, and mudras to enhance insight and clarity, while reducing feelings of stress and anxiety. Participants can expect a mostly floor based, passive practice incorporating bolsters, blankets and other props to create positions of ease and comfort. Periods of silence while holding a shape afford a time to connect with the breath turning inwards to experience the present moment.

All Levels Gentle Yoga is a practice designed to accommodate practitioners of various experience levels, with a focus on joint health, mobility, relaxation, mindfulness, and accessibility. The class typically emphasizes slower movements, breath awareness, and gentle stretching to promote flexibility, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. It is ideal for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone seeking a mindfully paced movement practice.

We move slowly through each pose to help you connect deeply with your body, allowing for a more intentional practice that promotes flexibility, endurance, and mental clarity. Whether you're new to Yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class will leave you feeling grounded, centered, and empowered.

The tempo will keep your body working, while playful and creative flows introduce an element of lightness and joy, encouraging you to step outside the box and explore your practice with curiosity.This class invites you to balance intensity with a sense of freedom and playfulness. SOUND FLOW & HEALING WITH GRACE
SLOW FLOW & SOUND HEALING WITH GRACE: Gift yourself the space needed to breathe, feel, and move in a way that nourishes that body and being. Enjoy opening restorative poses, followed by intuitive flows that invite in tender observation as breath aligns with movement. Notice what rises to the surface of your awareness as heat is gently built with standing postures and creative sequences. Make space for a sound healing relaxation to close the practice with deep rest paired with the singing bowls, chimes and rainstick.

VINYASA FLOW WITH ERIN
This is a moderate intensity class that begins on the mat with floor postures. Following this, sun salutations and dynamic movement are added to increase endurance and increase range of motion. Throughout the class, breath is synchronized with movement to increase awareness and develop a “flow state”. We will end on the mat for some floor postures that will be followed with a period of relaxation. Throughout the class, the music will parallel the flow with an eclectic combination of soft to upbeat fun tracks. Modifications and progressions are always offered to accommodate all levels.

Witness the strength of your body and being through Vinyasa-style sequences and creative flows. Deepen your understanding of the connection between the body and breath as heat is built through movement and posture holds. Close the practice with a nourishing savasana and experience a moment of rest and ease before the weekend ahead.

RADIANT FLOW WITH ARI
Radiant Flow leaves you with a radiant glow. Each class focuses on a specific functional movement pattern, which is threaded through an integrated sequence of vinyasa flow, long holds, free movement, and meditation. Though rooted in Iyengar-inspired alignment principles, the practice emphasizes discovering your own unique alignment. Students are guided to explore embodiment and the awareness that enlivens it.

ESSENTRICS WITH MAUREEN
Essentrics is a unique exercise technique that honors the body’s natural design. It is an intelligent movement form that works with the neuromuscular system to rebalance each joint and increase range of motion. The program draws on the flowing movements of tai chi which create health and balance, the strengthening theories behind ballet which create long lean flexible muscles and the healing principles of physiotherapy which create a pain-free body.

YOGA JAM WITH LARRY
Take one part Hatha, one part Vinyasa, add a pinch of positivity, and lay it over a rolling soundtrack, and you've got the recipe for YOGA JAM! We'll take time to build strength, endurance, balance, and above all have fun doing it.
